Woldingham Tennis Club

The Woldingham Tennis Club has 6 all-weather courts on the Glebe in the centre of the village and play is possible throughout the year. The season officially starts in April with club evenings taking place on each Wednesday evening from 6.15pm to 9.30pm through to late October.

The club currently has about 260 members, evenly split between seniors and juniors. However, we are always pleased to hear from any potential new members living in the Woldingham and surrounding area who would like to play. We have several teams, including Men's, Ladies and Mixed who play in local leagues for the senior members, and various competitive matches are arranged for the juniors. Club singles and doubles tournaments run throughout the summer for members.

Three of the courts have floodlights, which enables play to continue in the evenings throughout the winter and we have the services of a professional LTA qualified coach, whom members can contact to arrange private or group tuition.

So, if you would like to play, come along to one of our Wednesday club evenings for senior members and join in by making yourself known to the attending committee member. Juniors are welcome to turn up on Tuesdays from 3.45pm to 6.45pm for coaching and on Fridays from 6.20pm to 7.50pm for the junior club evening.
