Woldingham Neighbourhood Plan – Referendum – Vote on 17th March 2016
Tandridge Council has published Woldingham Neighbourhood Plan on its website. It will go to Referendum on 17th March 2016, with a view to its adoption by Tandridge Council at the end of April. The Plan has been amended in the light of the Examiner’s recommendations. The main change is that there will be no specific policy to support downsizing. However, the Plan will retain this theme as an objective, a statement of context and an action point. The Examiner’s Report can be read on the Tandridge website. With some minor modifications the other policies have been retained, including the 0.2ha minimum plot size policy. We hope the Plan will serve the village well for the next fifteen years. It will be for the next Parish Council to put it into action.
We do urge all residents to cast their votes in the Referendum.
If successful, it will be put up for adoption by Tandridge Council at the end of April.
