WOLDINGHAM CELEBRATES THE CORONATION

During the weekend, the History Society will be exhibiting The Royal Beasts and King Charles III portrait on the Village Green
Friday 5th May:
Village Club, 3.30pm and 8pm
Woldingham Players perform “The Fat Lady Sings in Little Woldie”
Saturday 6th May:
The Glebe, 5pm – 11.30pm
The Parish Council’s Coronation Celebration
5pm: Food and Drink (Village Club bar, southeast Asian bao buns, hog roast, spit roast chicken, giant sausage baps, vegan sausages, roast potatoes and gravy)
5.30pm – 8pm: Barn Dance with Moves Afoot band and caller
9pm – 11.30pm: Rock and Indie Band, Parallel Sky
Sunday 7th May:
10am: St Paul’s Church, Thanksgiving Eucharist
11.30am: Starting from St Paul’s Church, Woldingham Association Treasure Hunt
12.30pm: The Glebe – The Big Lunch
Bring a picnic, large marquee available for shelter bar provided by the Village Club
2pm – 4pm: Brass band
VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED FOR LITTER PICKING ON THE GLEBE:
9am-10am on Sunday 7th May and Monday 8th May. Please come along and help
